JACK has donated over $17.5 million to local organizations through sponsorships and in-kind donations.

JACK Team members have volunteered more than 35,000 hours to local organizations and causes throughout Northeast Ohio
Community Events
We are dedicated to highlighting the diverse and eclectic community we call home by actively engaging in a variety of local events. These include Downtown Cleveland’s annual Juneteenth Freedom Festival, Grater Cleveland Asian Festival, Greater Cleveland Sports Awards, Cleveland Cultural Gardens One World Day, Tri-C JazzFest, and Downtown Cleveland’s Winterfest.

Change for Charity
JACK properties see thousands of guests daily, providing us the unique opportunity to partner with local non-profit organizations to showcase their causes and missions to our many guests. Our Change for Charity program allows guests to donate their change when cashing out vouchers on any kiosk located throughout our gaming floors.
