Bryan Pilny
Bryan is a Northeast Ohio native who has built his career at JACK through several roles across Marketing and Slots. He loves the casino industry for the connections he’s made with guests and coworkers, and for the opportunity to help create outstanding experiences through teamwork and communication. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys going to metal shows, checking out local pizza spots, and thrifting for hidden treasures. A true Clevelander at heart, he embraces the city’s proud underdog mentality.
George Brown
George was born and raised in Northeast Cleveland and got his start in the casino industry after attending an open interview that led to his first role as a Promotions Representative. He quickly advanced to VIP Host and then Executive Host, a position he’s proudly held for nearly three years. George enjoys the opportunity his role provides, especially when it comes to hosting events and building lasting relationships with guests. Outside of work, he loves spending time with family, catching a good movie, and cheering on Cleveland sports. A Baldwin Wallace alum, George lives by the quote: “You don’t create your future. You create your daily habits, and they create your future.”
Jaila Elam
Jaila began her casino career in November 2024 at the clubJACK desk, where she quickly discovered her passion for the industry. Just a few months later, she was promoted to Host and has loved every moment since. Jaila enjoys the energy and excitement of the casino, especially the opportunity to connect with guests, make their experience memorable, and add a little extra sparkle to their day. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two younger sisters, shopping, and exploring Cleveland’s many hidden gems.
Tatianna Taylor
Tatianna is originally from the East Side of Cleveland and began her career in the casino industry in November 2024. She loves the excitement of meeting new people and getting to know guests from all walks of life. Outside of work, Tatianna enjoys traveling, reading, and catching live music performances — especially K-Pop concerts. Her favorite thing about Cleveland is its beautiful landscape and the way the seasons change throughout the year.
