Beth Morton
Beth was born in Oberlin, Ohio, and spent over two decades in sunny San Diego before moving back home in 2017. She began her casino career at Barona Resort and Casino at just 18 and quickly fell in love with the fast-paced energy and the connections she’s made along the way. Outside of work, Beth enjoys running, playing pickleball, spending time outdoors, and doting on her two shih tzus. Her favorite part about living in Cleveland is being close to family—and while she loves the changing seasons, she wouldn’t mind if winter were a little shorter!
Donald Paulton
Donald is a proud Cleveland native who began his casino career in 2022, helping open the Starbucks inside JACK as a Supervisor. After holding several roles in both Food & Beverage and Marketing, he found his home in Player Development, where he’s been a Host since March 2025. Donald loves the opportunities to grow, learn from others, and make guests feel valued every day. Outside of work, he enjoys professional wrestling, football, and films — and he especially loves Cleveland’s vibrant theater district and live event scene.
Jacci Deal
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Jacci began her journey in the casino industry decades ago, starting as a blackjack dealer and working her way up through hosting and leadership roles in major Las Vegas casinos. Her passion for the industry shines through in her love for its energy, the people she meets, and the joy of creating exceptional guest experiences. Beyond gaming, Jacci has worn many hats in the entertainment and PR industries, especially during her years in Los Angeles. She’s especially proud of supporting her daughter, Coach Ebonee, on her journey to becoming a top choreographer.
Justin Arrington
Justin was born and raised in Cleveland and began his casino career in June 2012, starting out in security. What he enjoys most about the industry is meeting new and interesting people and building lasting relationships with guests. When he’s not at work, Justin loves vacationing whenever he can, working out, and relaxing with a good movie. A true Cleveland fan, he especially enjoys fall weather and cheering on the Browns and Guardians — and indulging (sometimes too much) in Angelo’s Pizza.
